Legislative Alert - PERC Ban Introduced- HB 4083MCA has been able to increase the original phase out timeline of PERC ban from five years to nine years. A substitute bill has been introduced with a complete ban for the solvent to take place December 1 2032. We will keep you updated on our continued efforts to work on approriations portion of this bill.
